• 1. Buy and Sell Cryptocurrency Fees

  Fees apply to cryptocurrency purchase and sale transactions carried out on our platform. The amount of the fees depends on the transaction amount and the chosen payment method, and is displayed to you before validation.

• 2. CiExchange Pay Fees

  For merchant payments via CiExchange Pay, a commission is charged on each transaction. The applicable commission percentage is indicated when setting up your merchant account.

• 3. Fees by Payment Method

  Certain payment methods (mobile money, bank transfer, etc.) may incur additional fees charged by payment operators, which are added to the platform fees. These fees are indicated before the confirmation of the transaction.

• 4. Network Fees (Gas Fees)

  Transactions carried out on a blockchain (cryptocurrency transfers, payments) may be subject to network fees (gas fees) calculated by the blockchain itself. These fees are independent of CiExchange and do not go to us.

• 5. Fee Transparency

  All fees are displayed clearly and transparently before the confirmation of a transaction. No hidden fees are applied during a transaction without your consent.
